Q: How much are the ICTA fees for 2021 and how do I pay them?

A: In 2021, the following fees apply:

  • $60.00 for each club registered
  • $60.00 for each team registered

Register your Club and Teams online (no payment will be collected during the registration process).

A confirmation of your registration will be automatically emailed to you which can act as your Receipt.

Ways to pay:

Interac e-Transfer (preferred method – fees@intercountytennis.com). For security reasons your payment will be auto deposited, so a password is not required. If your platform does not allow this, please email our Treasurer to discuss options.

Please include your club name at least in the Message area of payment.

Cheque payable to InterCounty Tennis Association and mailed to the address above.

Cash (ONLY at the Spring AGM). DO NOT mail in your cash.

Q: How do I update my Capatin / Co-Captain information? 

 A: Please go to the League Forms, and select your league from the Update Captain contact information. Once submitted, we will update the requested information and e-mail you back in maximum 48 hrs.

If you have not received our confirmation e-mail, please call the League Director for the league you belong to.

Q: How do I update my Club’s information or register a new club with ICTA? 

 A: If the informaton supllied in a previous year not changed you don’t need to use this form. However, if you’re a new club or your club information has changed, please go to the League Forms, and select Club Registration from the list. Once submitted, we will update the requested information and e-mail you back in maximum 48 hrs.

Q: I’ve heard that I can add a link to my club’s website straight from the ICTA website. How can I do it?  

A: Indeed, our organization allows each member club to add its own link to their main website. However, a few rules will apply. Please visit this page to upload your link and for more information.

Q: I would like to contribute to the improvement of this website. How can I do it and who do I need to contact?  

A: We are pleased to know that our patrons visit our website and would like to add their personal contribution to its development. We rely on your feedback and suggestions to make this portal a different experience. If you’d like to add your suggestions, please use our contact page and tell us what you’d like to see in our website in the near or distant future.

Q: I see a list of sponsors on this website. How can I list my business as well?  

A: For some of our activities we rely on sponsors. If you’d like to become one and have your business listed on our website, please contact our President and Marketing Director.
